Agency policy

1. Agency commission rate will be base on agency team income in the week
2. Agency salary will be sent to agency account by beans on every Monday, agency can withdraw anytime

Note：host income including income from calls, gifts, game share beans excluding for task reward from platform

Niki commission structure
Niki provides the high rate of commission to hosts and agency plus with extra bonus

  • coins：from recharge or games ，offline rechare can be as high
  • beans：hosts can get 7000 beans from 10,000 coins gifts

Host withdraw rules ：10,000 beans=1 $
for example ：

  • when users charge 1000 $, he can get 9,900,000 coins
  • host can get 6,930,000 beans（693 $ ）
  • agency can get 1386000 beans（138.6 $）

Withdraw Method and Rules

  • Agency and hosts can withdraw anytime , we pay once a week
  • Withdrawal ratio: 10000 beans = 1 $ , and the single withdrawal amount must be ≥ 10 US dollars
  • The service fee varies with different withdrawal methods , please choose the appropriate payment method
  • Niki supports multiple withdrawal methods, including but not limited to Epay, Payonner, Paypal and bank transfer.

Agency weekly earning ranking rewards(5.22~8.06 2023)

2. Requirements and rewards for agency

  • Activity time: 2023.05.22-2023.08.06(UTC+8)
  • The rewards can only be claimed if the two requirements of the number of hosts reaching the standard and the shareable performance are met at the same time. The rewards of this week will be collected independently next week, and only the highest level rewards can be claimed each week.
  • Up to standard anchor: the anchor starts broadcasting for 1 hour every day, which is recorded as 1 valid day. An anchor who has 6 days of effective broadcasting days per week, and a total of 18 hours of weekly broadcasting time is recorded as a 1-standard anchor.
  • Only agents ranked Top 10 by income last week can participate in this week's Level.7-9 agent tasks. Non-Top 10 agents from last week can only complete Level.0-6 tasks this week
  • In this event, if the official finds that the agent has fraudulent behavior, the event rewards and participation qualifications will be canceled immediately

Niki Agency Rules

  • Agents are not allowed to recruit hosts from other agents Niki
  • It is strictly forbidden to promote other platforms on Niki
  • Streamers are not allowed to join more than one agent at the same time. (If such behavior is discovered, the host's new account will be banned immediately)
  • Agents are not allowed to try to pull existing hosts on the platform into their agency. (If we receive any evidence, the agent who commits the first offense will face a penalty of 10 US dollars, and the second offender will face a penalty of 100 US dollars. For agents who repeatedly violate this rule, the platform will deduct all their commissions and cancel their cooperation relationship)
  • Agents are not allowed to deduct extra from the host's salary, and the exchange rate depreciation rate for paying the host's salary shall not exceed 5% of Google's international exchange rate. (If we receive a complaint from the host, we will stop distributing the income share of the host to the agent after verification)
  • Agents need to maintain a good relationship with their hosts as much as possible, actively manage the live broadcast records of their anchors, and encourage and promote the anchors to improve the quality of live broadcasts and the number of live broadcasts.
  • Any violation will face corresponding punishment, please pay attention to the warning terms given by the platform. (If violations cause serious losses to the platform, the person responsible will face legal punishment)

A. Excellent Agent Exploring Fund

1.Issuance process
Basic information collection.
We need to collect information of agencies with a weekly income of $1,000 on other APPs. The information includes:

  • Niki id
  • Agency name
  • Phone number
  • Country
  • Previously working APP
  • Weekly income of previously working APP
  • Screenshot of the cycle total income of the previous APP

2.Issuance Standards

  • 1) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 1,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 200k coins
  • 2) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 2,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 300k coins.
  • 3) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 4,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 500k coins
  • 4) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 6,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 700k coins
  • 5) Weekly income on other APPs reaches 8,000 US dollars, and will be rewarded with 1000k coins.

B. Eligible Hosts Rewards

For the new agency registered to Niki, within the first working month, if the number of eligible hosts
reaches different levels, we offer different rewards

  • a. Reach 5 eligible hosts, 100k coins will be rewarded (can only get for one time).
  • b. Reach 10 eligible hosts, 150k coins will be rewarded (can only get for one time).
  • c. Reach 15 eligible hosts, 200k coins will be rewarded (can only get for one time).

The definition of an eligible host:
The host’s daily broadcast time of at least 1 hour will be counted as 1 effective day.
The host with 6 effective days and 18 hours in a week will be counted as one Eligible Host.
Notice：
Hosts are prohibited from negative live broadcasts in the live room. If the number of cut-offs is more than 5 times, the reward will be canceled.

C. Agency income motivation

  • 1. If the agency's weekly income reaches 100 USD, 100k coins will be rewarded ( only the first time).
  • 2. If the agency's weekly income reaches 250 USD, 150k coins will be rewarded (only the first time).
  • 3. If the agency's weekly income reaches 400 USD, 200k coins will be rewarded (only the first time).

Notice：
Only the agency who used to get level b eligible host rewards can take part in to get the Agency Quick Growth Reward

D. Club activities joining incentives

  • 1. The agents are encouraged to create a club. If the number of club members reaches 30, 100k gold coins will be rewarded to the club leader. (can only get one time).
  • 2. Participating in club wars and obtaining Lv2 rewards will be rewarded 100k coins(only for the first time).

Notice：
Only a new club opened from the 10th in September. can receive these rewards.
Only the agency who used to get level b eligible host rewards can take part in to get the Agency Quick Growth Reward.
